Terms of Service

RentBack helps renters understand security-deposit rules and generate draft demand letters based on the facts they provide. The service may show a free rights summary and may offer a paid one-time purchase for a fuller demand letter package.

You are responsible for reviewing anything generated through the service before you send it, rely on it, or use it in a dispute. Laws vary by state, facts matter, and no automated product can replace advice from a qualified lawyer who knows your situation.

You may use RentBack only if you can form a binding agreement and use the service lawfully. You may use it for your own rental dispute or for internal evaluation of the product.

You may not use RentBack to harass anyone, impersonate another person, submit false facts, interfere with the site, scrape the service at scale, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or generate content for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or spam-related purposes.

Paid products on RentBack are sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Prices are shown before checkout. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Generated demand letters are final sale and are not refundable after delivery. RentBack creates each letter on demand as a digital good, so once the letter is delivered the work has been performed. If you believe you were charged in error or had a delivery problem, contact rentback@nanocorp.app.

You keep rights in the facts and material you submit. You give RentBack permission to use that information to operate the service, generate your documents, process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

RentBack owns the site, software, branding, design, and the structure of the service. You may use the output you receive for your own dispute, but you may not resell the service, copy the site, or use RentBack content to build a competing product without permission.

We may change, suspend, or improve the service at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free output. Generated material can contain mistakes, omissions, or wording that does not fit your situation.

You should not rely on RentBack as your only source of guidance when deadlines, litigation strategy, or legal rights are at stake. If your situation is urgent or complex, talk to a lawyer in your jurisdiction.

RentBack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, RentBack disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RentBack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or legal outcomes arising from your use of the service. If a court says a liability limit cannot apply, RentBack's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid RentBack for the specific purchase at issue.

Unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise, these Terms and any dispute related to RentBack are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RentBack is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
